Our rental process is very simple and you don't need a credit card and you don't need to pay anything at the time of booking. Book now and pay later.

1. Use the booking form to book a portable wifi kit for your event. No payment required at the time of booking. We will invoice you later and you pay before the wifi kit is sent to you.

2. We will prepare the kit for you and courier it to your event location or to your hotel. Router will be with you 1 or 2 days before the event start date so you have enough time to setup and get ready for the event. No additional charges apply for that.

3. When you receive your wifi kit, everything will be ready to go. Just plug it in, the wifi name and password is printed on the router on a sticker. Connect and you are up and running. Don't worry about the data usage. It's unlimited and included in the rental price.

4. After event finish date, place the router back in the carry case and make sure you send it back to us by courier. The return label is included in the box. Just take it to any Australian Post Office and courier back to us.
